Be empowered, hold your vision ~ Justice for all

As I observe social media political posts, what’s evident is the narrative and direction needs to shift – if true progressive change is desired. It’s normal to navigate through the challenging times with a range of emotions – but please do not allow all of this to paralyze you into inaction. Some are spun out in fear, and are overwhelmed. Some scan headlines without fact-checking sources, and spin out of the present into fearful future projection into blame, what if’s, full-on despair, and panic. Others have joined together in solidarity, combining forces for causes and issues, promoting diversity, standing up for humanity, writing letters, and making phone calls. So many empowered beings are rising up who will not be silenced, or censored. These actions are inspiring, more powerful, and energizing. This will lead to a true uprising of the people, and a massive shift of what we will tolerate, allow, and accept. Together we move forward with one step at a time.

time-to-rise-up

My purpose, passion, and work in the world centers around empowerment, connection to your authentic self and truth, attracting what you want through intention, inspiration, inspired action, and being in flow and alignment with your heart. This whole “resist” movement does not resonate with me. Pushing against what you don’t want is not effective. This brings more of what you don’t want your way. Resisting puts you on the defensive. Push toward, and promote what you want. While I understand the meaning behind the resist movement, it feels counterproductive in an energetic sense.

Instead, be persistent and consistent.

Be proactive in creating the change you seek.

Be an activist for the causes and issues you support and believe in.

Flow towards what’s calling for your attention to heal, transform, and shift.

Show up from a place of love, empowerment, not fear and disempowerment, or fear-based reactions.

Start within to create the outer change in the world you desire.

Seek uplifting, inspiring, and empowering information to help propel you forward.

When you feel enraged, ENGAGE.

When you want to resist, PERSIST.

When you resist, you are fighting against something. Being against it – is pushing against it, and allowing it to continue. Stop fighting against everything. This resistance creates more resistance, more tension, more push back, more fighting, more division, and offers you a defensive position.

Rise up. Stand up. Stand together. Band together in unity for truth, for justice for all. Equal rights for all. For all of humanity.

No walls. No division. Envision the future where you build healing bridges between differences and where your voice is heard. A collective vision to unite for one another, our rights, our bodies, our personal freedom, our environment, and our Earth.

It’s time to revolt for positive change, and desired outcomes. This revolution is long overdue. We are greater than fear-based systems, greed-driven old paradigms that are antiquated and outdated, that do not represent all of humanity, or protect our environment, for the greater good.

No one has power over you, your thoughts, your emotions, or your body unless you give it. No president, leader, or administration is going to “save” anyone or prevent anyone from accessing their truth. You are stronger than allowing anyone, or any one president take your strength, hope, power, and vision away. This, or any other time, is not the time to be a victim, and powerless. This corrupt political joke of a system wants us to be divided in fear. We have the power. You hold the power. We are the present and future. They are the past. Hold this administration, and our representatives accountable. Remember, they work for us. And at the end of the day, you answer to yourself, your family, your values, and your heart.

Yes, I am concerned. Don’t misinterpret my position as being in support of this government, or the proposed policies, or executive orders that discriminate, criminalize, or further oppress. I’m suggesting we approach it differently, and shift to a more positive narrative, of what you would like, instead of this constant negative stream of what you don’t.

Stay present, awake, conscious, educated, and informed.
Build community, volunteer, and help others.
Stop blaming, and take responsibility for your part in creating this.
Move the conversation forward, and vibrationally upward.
Take action.

If you want to march, and make signs, march for the positive, not anti- this or that, or anti-whoever. Use it as a way to create awareness, not divide or fight against.

Create a self-empowerment strategy; one that includes your voice, self-love, and compassion for self and others.

Use your voice to call out the corruption, deception, Fascism, censorship, corporate-owned media manipulation, — regardless of party affiliation because much of what is occurring now did not just begin a week or two ago.

Create an action plan where you are energetically in alignment with who you are, your values, and your heart.

Together let’s be:
Empowered
Strategic
Creative
Energized
Conscious
Awake
Active
Engaged

And approach with love, compassion, truth, and authenticity as if your life depends on it.

Raise the vibration and collective conscious from a heart-driven place, instead of reactionary fear.

Truly hold the vision for well-being, and for justice for all.

It’s JUST US who we can count on, after all.

Together we stand, together we rise.

This is our land,
where we band together,
where we stand together,
in unity, peace, with hands together.
Where we rise together,
thrive together,
to break this illusion,
dissolve fear and delusion,
to steer action and revolution.

The time is now,
for only you will allow,
the vision you hold,
and what you vow.

Drop your fear,
and calm your fright.
Engage your heart,
without the fight.
Bring your light,
with all your might.
Together we rise,
standing bright.

Creating a Spiritual Practice / Intention / Wellness Ritual

images-10

What does creating an intention, wellness ritual, or spiritual practice mean to you?

For many, it may mean: This is my time to either receive insight or guidance from my divine self. Where I am going to take time for me, focus, be conscientious, mindful, and awareness on putting my intentions and my spiritual connection, and overall wellness on the forefront. This is when I breath. When I slow down. Be present. Where I live in the now. Nourish myself. Where I listen to that quiet voice. Tune in to my own frequency.

There are unlimited opportunities, and small gestures to open up this space for yourself. You may have some form of daily ritual, or spiritual type of practice that bring yourself back into alignment, and balance, so you can move forward, give your gifts, bring out your purpose, and learn more about yourself. A reset button time. Recalibration or personal check in time. This spiritual practice is another component to opening the space up to invite that higher self or source to come through you — to you, for you.

It’s about focus, and attention on what you want, and getting out of your way, with visualizing, dreaming, appreciation, and gratitude; all part of the process of getting vibrationally aligned with your desires. It’s about creating the time, inner-landscape, and ritual, so it becomes you; a new habit, and pattern of deliberating being, and creating your ideal life from an inspired place. Creating a practice is not just taking time out for self-care or being spiritual. It’s about creating a rhythm, space for consciousness, and a practice around it, shifting, and doing it! A shift-ritual! Create a “Shifttual”!

Here are some ways you can integrate a spiritual practice and a create a “shiftual” into your daily life:

Gratitude practice          Writing          Being in nature          Reading or writing poetry

Journaling          Meditation          De-cluttering          Napping          Walking meditation

Affirmations, mantras          Writing a handwritten letter to someone          Yoga practice

Complimenting someone          Breath work          Mudras with hands          Mindful moments

Gardening          Read, stretch, or walk at a specific time of day          Laughter

Tarot cards            Choosing a rune          Candle lighting          Bath time          Slowing down

Visiting your sacred space          Honoring others, small kindness gestures          Imagining

Music to inspire, as a way to connect, relax, etc.          Tea, coffee, drinking water

Having a spiritual practice helps you become more deeply connected to yourself, to your intentions, and dreams. Creating a spiritual practice is part of self-care. It’s one way to deliberately design your life to allow for your intentions, visions, and dreams to magnetize, and manifest. By taking little steps towards wellness, and integrating mindful rhythms and rituals within your day, over time you develop a seamless practice, and/or deepen one if your practice exists into your daily life.

Utilize your spiritual practice zone to inspire wellness, enhance personal development rituals, and one that compliments and fuels your intentions. Prioritize you, and your time. Implement strategies for yourself to help guide you towards success. Make the time, and establish a rhythm for yourself to create long-lasting changes. Honor yourself by gifting yourself this spiritual practice time regardless if it’s 5 minutes or 5 hours. Remember to begin, or maintain your spiritual practice, and embed daily rituals as part of your daily practice. This can be combined as an intention tool, and be part of your personal spiritual development even when you are busy.

Creating time is equally as important as creating the sacred space we explore with intentions. Make “when” part of the ritual & practice too – not just what you do, but when you do it.

Why create a spiritual practice / wellness ritual to connect to your intention path?

images-21* Creating a spiritual practice or intention ritual helps us create our amazing life.

* Routines are nourishing, and supportive to our intentions, nervous system, and life path.

* Provides a spiritual spine, positive habit framework, and foundation for your day. How you start your day, sets the tone for the entire day. Daily becomes weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.

* Your energy is powerful when your approach your day with consciousness

* A way to create a pattern to establish change, new thoughts, actions and behaviors. A rhythm is a catalyst for growth.

* The ritual is to replenish, and provide an opening for wisdom, for inspired action, to settle in, re-group, to keep vibration high, for a physical check in on body where stress may live, or you may feel uneasy, getting intuition and where you can acknowledge it.

* Rituals are grounding, empowering, and an anchor to a day that otherwise can blow away with the wind.

* Having a ritual becomes a fresh start and a way to release the previous day, past struggles, etc. How, with presence, bringing your full attention, and being deliberate can help shift circumstances and perspective.

* Creating rituals and a practice contributes to personal development and positivity.

* Rituals and routines a way to connect with your sacred self, and honor the source within.

* A way to raise your vibration by doing something joyful, peaceful, calming, and harmonious.

For many of us, our life, and how we live our life becomes the spiritual practice. Having a cup of coffee, walking the dog, retrieving the newspaper or mail from the box, and adding meaning to a repetitive task, or offering consciousness to an otherwise mundane situation can also be a spiritual experience.  You don’t necessarily need to park your fanny on a mountaintop to meditate. And it doesn’t necessarily mean you need to meditate on a cushion, sit at your alter or do a yoga pose, but if you are inspired to, and that works for you, wonderful! As you spiritually grow, and develop your spiritual practice may shift, and look different than you previously envisioned. Seek pleasure, enjoyment, presence, and inspiration with your spiritual practice. Develop and customize your own spiritual, wellness, or intention rituals that fit for you, your path, and personal growth.

How would your life positively change if you incorporated a spiritual practice moving forward – with diligence, persistence, mindfulness, dedication, and joy? Positively infuse your day with high-vibrational, uplifting rituals within your practice to support your wellness, and intentional path to your dreams.

Are your beliefs attracting or repelling your intentions?

Understanding how your belief system influences your reality, and how your beliefs attract or repel your intentions, dreams, and goals, is a powerful step to creating a bee-line path to your desired life. Belief systems help create your reality. Beliefs influence, and code everything you do from your attitude, behavior, choices, and actions. Beliefs are one lens, and one perspective through how you perceive, interpret and live your life.

How do your beliefs influence your intentions and dreams?

You are a multi-dimensional creature that emanates energy vibrationally through your thoughts, consciousness, energy, and physical body. Your beliefs are part of who you are whether conscious, or subconscious –whether they are known, or live in the sub-terrain of your brain. You have been influenced by your childhood, your career path, experiences, relationships, to religion, and spirituality, your culture, your family life, your pets, the news, your perspective, and beyond. Everything in your own personal experience, and life has had an affect on your perception, and what you choose to believe. All of this shapes who you are, and what you believe to be true in your mind. A belief is a thought, thought over, and over that is believed to be true. Therefore, beliefs are invented. Beliefs could be used as a form of “safety,” and survival instinct for protection. Beliefs are constructed, and can be destructive to your well-being if you are holding on to beliefs that no longer positively serve you.

As you dig deeper under the many layers to your intentions, it’s worthwhile to excavate beneath the surface to the many facets of limiting beliefs, and uncover how these self-imposed limits may affect your launching point for your intentions, dreams, and in your daily life.

images-9    images-4

Use your beliefs as a tool to strengthen your intentions, and attract more of what you want, and less of what you don’t want in your life. It’s important to draw attention to your restrictive beliefs, and perceived blocks, to move through them, and clear the limiting ones. Beliefs permeate through how you parent, how you show up in relationships, how you view and process the world, and much more.

What beliefs do you embody that distract, deter, or detour you away from your intentions? What beliefs do you hold that keep you away from creating choices and situations in your life that could bring you closer to your intentions, dreams and desires?

Beliefs that are false, misleading, and result in incorrect conclusions you draw based on a variety of factors would be defined as limiting beliefs. You believe them to be true based on our experiences. You anticipate a preconceived outcome based on them – therefore limiting an otherwise plentiful possibility palate. Sometimes beliefs feel true whether they are, or aren’t true at all. They may be true for you. They may help explain the world, yourself, and how you interpret your experiences, both positive, neutral, and negative. Having a negative belief system is a common way to keep whatever is not working for you in your vibration, and attract more of it your way. Limiting beliefs can create a self-fulfilling prophecy.

How do we know we still carry a belief system? It’s still in your vibration if you continue to tell the same old, repetitive, and habitual story around it, or you have negative or counterproductive reactions, attitudes, and limiting behaviors based on the belief. Watch conversations with yourself, the “inner critic or mentor,” with others, from others. Observing and listening to others is a way to become hyper aware of beliefs at play, and witness how you resonate with, or deflect the belief. Ditch the beliefs that no longer serve you. Embrace the ones that empower you, and launch you forward! Dream in full color; full spectrum!

The goal here is not to just create awareness, and identify our beliefs, it’s also to examine the beliefs that may have influence over our full potential of our intentions, and dream manifestation. You can “trace” back and “replace” beliefs, and script a fresh narrative, and new story around the limiting belief. We want to clear the way, minimize, and remove any limiting belief clutter or blocks that are in your field. We start out with infinite possibilities, and our beliefs cut into the potential of what is possible by putting unnecessary perceived limits.

images-3      images-15

Be mindful of language like, “How it’s always been…I’ve always been like this…And how your old story, your past, family history, childhood beliefs, cultural standards, and expectations creep in. The “I can’ts and won’ts” and “I’m not good at this or that.” Challenge yourself, and your belief system. Ask, “Is this really true? Is this how I really feel about ____?” Is this an old habitual pattern or story?” If so, where’s the payoff for you? What benefit is it offering you in keeping you stuck, or from change, or from moving forward? Is it positively serving you or not? If not, give it the boot! Practice what I call, “catch and release.” Catch the thought, catch the limiting belief, — don’t hang on to what doesn’t serve you, and release it.

images         imgres-2

When you write intentions, be on the look out for where your mind/belief system is incongruent with your intentions. Is there a mismatch between what you believe and what you desire? What works for magnetizing your intentions is creating a vibrational match between what you believe, and what you desire. By shifting out of your limits, and aligning to your preferred and empowering beliefs, you create a vibrational match between your beliefs and intentions. Catch the limiting belief, shift it, and create a better vibrational match. “Catch and match”

Part of what I do within the group intention work, and with my transformational coaching is focus on the conscious belief areas first, and teach others how to catch themselves when their limiting belief system pokes through. Creating awareness of the belief systems, and learning how to work with them, leverage them, and harness them is a powerful step to create healing, long-lasting shifts, and movement from binding beliefs into expansion and possibility. For deeper “belief” clearing work, exploring the undercurrent, the subconscious beliefs, and values we adopted offer more clarity, insight and depth. One modality this depth can be achieved through is Theta Healing.

There are oodles of tools available to help clear, diminish and transform limiting beliefs. The list of tools below are helpful to begin belief clearing work. Transform limits, and clear the path to possibilities!

Release or focus on the intention?

A question arose whether one should release the intention or focus on it constantly for it to manifest. There is no concrete or rigid answer or any shoulds. Both approaches are effective, and beneficial. There are other methods to consider as well. You can approach your intentions either way, and experiment with what works best for you and your style. You may find combining both releasing, and putting your focused attention on your intentions to be helpful, or depending on your intention, you may have a preference.

After setting your intention, one method is to let go, and release your intention into the ethers, and universe, and allow it to materialize and magnetize towards you. Write it, speak it, share it, and know, feel and sense it is done and complete. Surrender, sit back and wait –without entering the doubt zone.

1-IMG_4348

Some prefer to focus on their desired intentions throughout the day, weekly, and dedicate time and space each day to zoom in, and put dedicated attention on their intentions. You could do visualizations, free write, mantras, affirmations, or frequently bring positive mindfulness to your intentions in a ritualistic way. The Law of Attraction demonstrates that what you focus on shows up in your life. “Energy flows where attention goes.” What is top of consciousness, and part of what’s on your mind is often what you will notice and attract in your life.

images

Both paths offer value, but ultimately releasing your intention, and letting go is part of the intention process. We can ask, and have laser focus for what we want. Our job is also to get out of the way, and let the universe, your guides, your Source connection, and higher self assist in the process. Allowing whatever you intend to enter your life is also a large part of the journey.

Living with intention

What comes to mind when you read or hear the expression, “Living with intention?” Certainly this is one of the overused, buzz phrases that gets tossed around when one dives into the topic of intention.

images-1a

When you live with intention, you are often mindful, present, deliberate, conscious, and intend to live according to your values, dreams, hopes, desires, and overarching intentions you are embracing. You live with purpose, and bring purpose to your life, those you love, and the world.

Living with intention falls into the mindful living category. Many who are drawn to the intention groups have “lived with intention” and lead intentional lives, even if they have not deliberately ever “set an intention” or have previously experienced intentions in this way.

By simply having intention, declaring, creating, and setting an intention, you are bringing another layer to living with intention.
