Be empowered, hold your vision ~ Justice for all

As I observe social media political posts, what’s evident is the narrative and direction needs to shift – if true progressive change is desired. It’s normal to navigate through the challenging times with a range of emotions – but please do not allow all of this to paralyze you into inaction. Some are spun out in fear, and are overwhelmed. Some scan headlines without fact-checking sources, and spin out of the present into fearful future projection into blame, what if’s, full-on despair, and panic. Others have joined together in solidarity, combining forces for causes and issues, promoting diversity, standing up for humanity, writing letters, and making phone calls. So many empowered beings are rising up who will not be silenced, or censored. These actions are inspiring, more powerful, and energizing. This will lead to a true uprising of the people, and a massive shift of what we will tolerate, allow, and accept. Together we move forward with one step at a time.

My purpose, passion, and work in the world centers around empowerment, connection to your authentic self and truth, attracting what you want through intention, inspiration, inspired action, and being in flow and alignment with your heart. This whole “resist” movement does not resonate with me. Pushing against what you don’t want is not effective. This brings more of what you don’t want your way. Resisting puts you on the defensive. Push toward, and promote what you want. While I understand the meaning behind the resist movement, it feels counterproductive in an energetic sense.

Instead, be persistent and consistent.

Be proactive in creating the change you seek.

Be an activist for the causes and issues you support and believe in.

Flow towards what’s calling for your attention to heal, transform, and shift.

Show up from a place of love, empowerment, not fear and disempowerment, or fear-based reactions.

Start within to create the outer change in the world you desire.

Seek uplifting, inspiring, and empowering information to help propel you forward.

When you feel enraged, ENGAGE.

When you want to resist, PERSIST.

When you resist, you are fighting against something. Being against it – is pushing against it, and allowing it to continue. Stop fighting against everything. This resistance creates more resistance, more tension, more push back, more fighting, more division, and offers you a defensive position.

Rise up. Stand up. Stand together. Band together in unity for truth, for justice for all. Equal rights for all. For all of humanity.

No walls. No division. Envision the future where you build healing bridges between differences and where your voice is heard. A collective vision to unite for one another, our rights, our bodies, our personal freedom, our environment, and our Earth.

It’s time to revolt for positive change, and desired outcomes. This revolution is long overdue. We are greater than fear-based systems, greed-driven old paradigms that are antiquated and outdated, that do not represent all of humanity, or protect our environment, for the greater good.

No one has power over you, your thoughts, your emotions, or your body unless you give it. No president, leader, or administration is going to “save” anyone or prevent anyone from accessing their truth. You are stronger than allowing anyone, or any one president take your strength, hope, power, and vision away. This, or any other time, is not the time to be a victim, and powerless. This corrupt political joke of a system wants us to be divided in fear. We have the power. You hold the power. We are the present and future. They are the past. Hold this administration, and our representatives accountable. Remember, they work for us. And at the end of the day, you answer to yourself, your family, your values, and your heart.

Yes, I am concerned. Don’t misinterpret my position as being in support of this government, or the proposed policies, or executive orders that discriminate, criminalize, or further oppress. I’m suggesting we approach it differently, and shift to a more positive narrative, of what you would like, instead of this constant negative stream of what you don’t.

Stay present, awake, conscious, educated, and informed.
Build community, volunteer, and help others.
Stop blaming, and take responsibility for your part in creating this.
Move the conversation forward, and vibrationally upward.
Take action.

If you want to march, and make signs, march for the positive, not anti- this or that, or anti-whoever. Use it as a way to create awareness, not divide or fight against.

Create a self-empowerment strategy; one that includes your voice, self-love, and compassion for self and others.

Use your voice to call out the corruption, deception, Fascism, censorship, corporate-owned media manipulation, — regardless of party affiliation because much of what is occurring now did not just begin a week or two ago.

Create an action plan where you are energetically in alignment with who you are, your values, and your heart.

Together let’s be:
Empowered
Strategic
Creative
Energized
Conscious
Awake
Active
Engaged

And approach with love, compassion, truth, and authenticity as if your life depends on it.

Raise the vibration and collective conscious from a heart-driven place, instead of reactionary fear.

Truly hold the vision for well-being, and for justice for all.

It’s JUST US who we can count on, after all.

Together we stand, together we rise.

This is our land,
where we band together,
where we stand together,
in unity, peace, with hands together.
Where we rise together,
thrive together,
to break this illusion,
dissolve fear and delusion,
to steer action and revolution.

The time is now,
for only you will allow,
the vision you hold,
and what you vow.

Drop your fear,
and calm your fright.
Engage your heart,
without the fight.
Bring your light,
with all your might.
Together we rise,
standing bright.

Authenticity: A magnet for intentions

Integrating authenticity with intention work feels relevant on many levels, especially on a heart core level. As you focus on your intentions, yourself, and excavate away your limiting beliefs, your fears, your doubts, expunge what does not serve you, and clear the path for alignment, what’s at the core? When all this interference is peeled away, you are left with your authentic self. Your truth. Your pure essence. Exploring the relationship between authenticity, truth, and intentions, provides another avenue for self-awareness and inner connection.

images-8Across my groups, I asked, “What does authenticity mean to you?” A variety of answers ranging from “your own truth, to a reflection of who you are, to full self-acceptance,” and more circulated the room.  Authenticity is being true to who you are, and offering your unique essence to others. It’s taking ownership for and the expression of the real you. It’s also being comfortable with embodying your true/innate self and full essence as you navigate through your self-discovery. This is a natural passage to living with integrity, living in authenticity, and being aligned with who you are.

As you emanate your authentic self more and more fully, you may also experience a greater sense of self-connection, clarity and alignment with your intentions. This results in a greater sense of freedom and confidence to ask for what you really want in your life based on your authentic self. There is empowerment in deliberately choosing your path by defining and redefining what you want, based on who you are, — as your authentic self. It makes for a more heartfelt practice when you pursue what you deeply desire to create, and explore your intentions. When you are aligned to your authentic self, you become a pulsing magnet for your intentions to materialize.

Within my groups, I shared a personal experience where I turned down a job opportunity for a role I was qualified for, and one that I would be capable of doing. Given a red flag interaction, me being in my truth, and paying attention to messages and signs, it became clear that just because I would be good for the job doesn’t mean it would have been good for me, or my growth from this new place of awareness. Empowered, I was able to confidently make a decision that was best for my broader vision and intention around magnetizing fulfilling work, without compromising myself in the process. In the Law of Attraction and intention focused approaches and communities, we often use the phrase, “this or better.” This is one of those examples of waiting for “better,” or creating better for myself. Sometimes things will come our way “fast and furiously,” but we don’t have to accept it just because we have an intention around it. It may not be right or feel right for our authentic self and that’s ok!

At an intention group meeting, I discussed how as you align, energy and things will often begin to flow more quickly, but to also be conscious of what is coming in, and carefully choose. Just because the opportunity was in alignment with my intention, scope of work, and desire to step into similar work — the ultimate way it was presented with “true colors” shown early on, vividly illustrated it was not really the best fit. It comes down to choice, living as your authentic self, and the decisions you make along the way that align or misalign you. Be watchful for choices that bring you closer to your truth and authenticity, versus choices that distract, or pull you from your truth and authentic self.

A Kundalini yoga mantra that seemed appropriate for authenticity is: “Sat Nam” – The definition is “Truth is my name” or “Truth is my identity.” There are several videos on YouTube if you’re interested in learning more. Be your authentic self. Be in your truth. Align to who you are. Align to your intentions and magnetize them!
